Last week we began receiving a few reports from customers that they were receiving an error message when trying to check out with PayPal. On 11/29, however, we learned that PayPal was not working for anyone trying to purchase on our website. We decided to disable it completely until we can be confident that it will not cause any further problems for our customers.
|
|
|
|
In the meantime while we wait for PayPal's technical support to resolve this issue, we assure you that our other checkout methods are all working fine. Those options are: - Entering payment info directly on our checkout page (these payments are processed by Shopify).
- Shop Pay (Shopify's own express checkout, like PayPal)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
