Delays in retail are inevitable, but it seems like ever since Covid started, they have sadly become the norm. We hope that this changes soon, but in the meantime we are committed to providing you with the most up-to-date information. So without further ado...

*A note about estimated dates: Recently, we are seeing shipments that normally take only four days take 7-12 days to go across the US and arrive here in Washington state. Additionally, our supplier is occasionally taking a little longer than normal to get orders fulfilled and shipped out. We are doing our best to accurately predict when things will arrive, but please understand that your order may ship a little later than the estimated date given.

Sizzix Bunny Games Die Set, by Tim Holtz: This product was delayed for a while by Sizzix but has now arrived at our supplier's warehouse and is set to ship in the next few days. Any order containing Bunny Games will be our top priority to ship as soon as they arrive around 3/21.
Tim Holtz Saltwater Taffy (new Distress color): All of our stock will arrive by the end of this weekend except for a portion of the Distress Ink Pads. However, the remainder will be shipped to us by early next week at the latest, so we expect to have it by around 3/21. If your order is before #33383, it will ship by early next week. If it is after #33383, it will ship on or shortly after 3/21 once we receive our remaining stock.
Tim Holtz Distress Archival Reinkers: These were much more popular than Ranger had anticipated, so the date keeps getting pushed back. Currently, we anticipate receiving them around 4/8, but we will let you know if this changes. If you need to make any modifications to your pre-order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
